Exclusive/dedicated service
If you are moving the contents of your home then you will more than likely require our exclusive/dedicated service. Your belongings will have the sole use of our specialist removal vehicles with a move plan based entirely around you. We will pack the vehicle outside your home and then commence the journey straight to your new home, planning the journey around a delivery time to suit you.

Groupage/part load service
When only moving a small amount of possessions our groupage/part load service is an economical solution. We make regular runs to multiple locations across Europe, enabling us to offer a reliable service and cost-effective deliveries as we combine consignments going to the same destination.

Coordinating your move to Europe
When selecting Williams & Yates as your moving home partner you will be provided your own move coordinator who will be your one point of contact, keeping everything running like a Swiss timepiece. You will have the option of a free onsite or virtual survey for us to create a move plan tailored to you taking into consideration the following:
- Packing and unpacking requirements
- Arranging parking suspensions
- The right materials and protection for your treasured belongings including crates and wrapping
- Specialist lifting equipment where required
- Any other specific requirements you may have for your move
Moving to a new country in Europe requires communication and forward planning. Your move coordinator will be on hand at all times to take care of any queries you may have and keep you updated on the location of your belongings.

Premium packing and protection
When taking advantage of our packing services we will ensure that your belongings get to their new home safely and efficiently. With a wealth of experience moving fine art for clients, we are able to wrap and protect the most difficult of items whether it be your fine china or an antique sideboard. Having the right tools for the task is essential, we stock a wide variety of materials from quilted export wrapping paper to specialist oil wrapping paper for protecting paintings that reduce the risk of the paint sweating.
Crating to get it there safe and secure
Some items do require that extra bit of care and that’s where our crate making service comes into its own. We will have bespoke, made to measure crates for those extra special items; whether it be you prized painting collection or a chandelier that needs to remain hanging in the position it was designed to be in to ensure maximum protection whilst travelling across Europe. With our crating service we can have crates made at the last minute should this be your requirement.
Unpacking and unwrapping at your new home
Speak with your move coordinator to arrange our full unpacking service. We offer a full maid service to unpack your belongings, maintaining alphabetical order for your library or keeping your kitchen cupboards as close to normal at your new home. If you like to make up your home yourself we can simply unpack to a flat service to save you the time opening up boxes and unwrapping your items. We can tailor our unpacking services to suit what is best for you.
