Our Move Coordinator submitted access paperwork to the relevant estate authority fifteen working days ahead of the move, arranged vehicle passes for four loading vehicles and two crew support vehicles, and confirmed loading time windows across four working days of staged loading.
The contents included a substantial collection of Asian antiquities and contemporary Asian art reflecting the family’s heritage, several pieces of nineteenth-century English furniture acquired during the family’s time in the UK, and a quantity of children’s belongings being transitioned to the Singapore residence. The Asian antiquities and English furniture were condition reported, photographed, and crated, with the antiquities travelling in dedicated climate-controlled transit. The international consignment to Singapore was prepared with full export documentation by our team, with air freight from Heathrow used for the most sensitive elements of the collection and sea freight for the bulk of the household effects, coordinated to align with the family’s planned arrival.
The household office confirmed at the close of the move that the level of care taken with the family’s inherited pieces, and the precision of the estate access coordination across four working days, had allowed the family to focus on their departure rather than the details of the move itself.
